We are looking for Chefs to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. If you feel you meet many of the requirements below, please complete the application form.

You will be required to train staff in preparation, cooking and handling food. You should be able to analyze operating costs and other data. Be able to prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances. Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards; estimate food requirements and food and labour costs.

Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions; Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods.

This is a physically demanding, high-pressure job that may require handling heavy loads. You should have good attention to detail. There will be a combination of sitting, standing, walking and standing for extended periods.

Being able to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is a requirement.

Ideally, you have 2-3 years of experience.
